We want everyone to be able to find a consultant, read reviews, and share their own experience — whatever device or assistive technology they use.

What we do

• We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. The site works with a keyboard alone, respects your browser’s text-size and contrast settings, and gives visible focus indicators (including on the star-rating controls).
• Pages use proper headings, labels and roles so screen readers can navigate them, and images that carry meaning have text alternatives.
• The review and enquiry forms can be completed by keyboard and describe any errors in text.

Alternative formats & assisted submission

If you can’t use the online review form (for example because of a disability), contact us and a member of staff can take you through it or arrange another way to give your feedback.
