Invite your patients to leave a verified review. Every invitation is single-use and tied to your profile — patients click your link, so they never need to hunt for a code.
💡 Tip: invite your recent patients in sequence — rather than hand-picking who to ask — for the fairest picture of your care. It also builds your reviews fastest.

NHS reviews are labelled as NHS on your profile; private is the default and shown unlabelled.
Emails a personal, single-use review link. We never share their address.

Create a single-use link to share however you like — paste it into your own message, a chat, or hand it over in clinic.
Create a QR code a patient can scan in clinic — hand it over on a card at the end of the appointment. Each code works for one patient only, so create a fresh one per patient (don’t display one code on a screen or leaflet — it stops working after the first review).
Automate it — BCC and we do the rest
Essential+Add your Vuemedics address as a BCC on any email your practice already sends a patient — the discharge letter, the invoice, the follow-up — and we’ll automatically send them a single-use review invitation (and chase it once). You have two addresses: one for private patients and one for NHS patients — BCC whichever fits, and the review is labelled accordingly. No new software, works from any system that sends email.

How to set it up in your practice system
Any email client (Outlook, Gmail, NHSmail): add the address to the BCC field of your patient email — or save it as a contact called “Vuemedics invite” so it autocompletes.
Practice software (Semble, Pabau, Cliniko, MidexPRO and others): open your appointment follow-up or discharge email template and add the address as a BCC / additional recipient. Every patient that template is sent to is then invited automatically.
Your billing company: ask them to BCC the address on patient invoices.
Safety built in: only emails sent from your own registered addresses trigger an invitation, each patient is invited at most once every 30 days, every link is single-use, and every review still passes independent moderation. If the address ever leaks, regenerate it below — the old one stops working instantly.
